Hello Everyone,
My name is Caitlin Ferrari and I excited to be your School Counselor!
As your counselor I am here to promote a positive school environment for all students. I help students academically and socio-emotionally to ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed. By implementing an effective comprehensive counseling program, I recognize students’ individual abilities and assist them in maximizing their potentials. As an extra layer of support for your child, I am able to assist them through conflicts, difficult times at school or provide them with academic assistance. As a school counselor I believe that all students should feel that they are a part of a safe and respectful school environment. It is with hope that all of my students take at least one thing I taught them and go change the world!
What I do:
- Individual counseling
- Group counseling
- Classroom character education lessons (i.e, conflict resolution, friendship skills, time management, bullying prevention)
- Respond to school crises and emergency situations
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, case managers and students
- Provide parents/guardians with appropriate resources or referrals
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me, I am always here to help!
